Talking into the void I suppose, but I can't find a great place on the
internet to post Marx Brothers sentiments. So... I'm here to
remember Groucho on the day of his passing, 19 August 1977. Let's all
have some Duck Soup with Animal Crackers and think about him today.

I'll second that setiment.

Sadly the great people, like the Marx Brothers and others, have died out and
are not being remembered or celebrated for their wit and accomplishments.
Today's fans crave the best of the day accomplishments and are quickly
forgotten before their acts are even over. It is a sad evolution of the
public and the media.

Not talking into the void. There's at least three of us here! I
appreciate the sentiments that you both expressed. And now I think
I'll watch Animal Crackers, my personal favorite. My wife's first
choice is A Night At The Opera. Whenever somethings strikes either one
of us as particularly silly or funny or zany we always resort to an
appropriate Grouchoism to make the other laugh!
